Ryan also got to six minutes in his last ice bath on a mountain somewhere in Colombia. He also loved the challenge and was also working on being present and intentional in his choices.
I love your choice of words in so many of the things you say. And I admire your bravery to join something 8 weeks long - and to put your phone away for a week. I will have to think about the phone one although I’ve been much less connected to. Different priorities.
Turning your phone off feels amazing. I generally have to keep mine on since I work on call, but when it’s vacation time, off unless I need it for an actual phone call.
On top of that, I started deleting most of my socials, the only one I have left is Facebook for my local union page. It honestly feels so refreshing to cancel out all the toxicity of it all and appreciate what’s in front of you.
Really miss hearing from you online and about what you're doing! Admire you for taking care of you and taking the space you need! ❤️
Thank you for this <3

“We are human beings, not human doings” Love that.
Self worth comes from who one is, not what one does. I applaud your retreat. I have faith in you.
